Job Title: Field Executive

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and result-oriented Field Executive to support our banking/loan operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for Fieldwork, customer interaction, and documentation related to loan processing.
Key Responsibilities:
Visit customers to collect and verify required documents for loan processing.
Conduct field verification as per company guidelines
Maintain regular follow-ups with customers for pending amount.
Ensure timely submission of documents to the internal team .
Build and maintain good relationships with customers
Requirements:
Minimum 1-3 years of experience as a Field Executive in banking, loan, or
financial services
Prior experience in the NBFC sector will be an added advantage
Must own a two-wheeler/vehicle for field visits
Good communication skills in Hindi, English, and local language
Basic understanding of loan processes and documentation.
Familiar with local areas and routes
