Job Role & Responsibilities

As a Field Support Warrior, you will be the frontline hero ensuring our digital signage solutions run smoothly at client locations. Your key responsibilities will include:

• On-Site Support
  
• Regularly visit customer locations to ensure digital screens function properly
  
• Installation & Repairs
  
• Execute installations, repairs, and maintenance as per company guidelines
  
• Emergency Support
  
• Be available for urgent troubleshooting to provide quick and efficient solutions
  
• Customer Interaction
  
• Coordinate with clients to understand issues and deliver effective resolutions
  
• Technical Coordination
  
• Work closely with the team to prioritize and report technical issues
  

Important Requirement

• A two-wheeler and driving Licence is mandatory for this role
