About this role
Role & responsibilities
the physical operations of Tank Truck loading, TW loading,
Costal Loading, usage of IT portals for data processing, paper work for entry/exit of trucks, record keeping, data updation,
signing of invoices/other documents, adherence to SOPs etc.
Coordinate with transporters for timely placement of Tank trucks on daily basis with TT /vessel crew. clearing the security entry check,Carry out inventory reconciliation of EM locks and manual locks/master keys on monthly basis Receive the barrels of additives for branded fuel sales and record the stock receipt and consumption entries in SAP and manual registers. Adequate inventories have to be maintained such that location shall not be dry of any additives for branded fuel sales. Carry out Short Safety Talks with TT crew on fortnightly basis as directed
