Role & responsibilities

Designation: BB Instant Field Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities:

1.Field Engineer (FE) responsibilities include handling, maintaining, monitoring, installing,

and providing support for hardware, software, and communication links at BB Instant vending machine locations.

2) FE must ensure the smooth functioning of vending machines by performing timely maintenance (calibration, cleaning whole machine, issues and given activities) as per given checklist.

Must be familiar with the soldering process of circuit boards and troubleshooting the issues.

3) FE must coordinate with backend technical teams and communicate effectively to resolve issues reported on a day-to-day basis.

4)Field Engineer will be responsible for installing machines at new sites as per the deployment schedule and checklist.

5) FE must achieve given daily targets without fail, action will be taken if fails to achieve.

Mandatory Requirements:

Must have a smartphone and be familiar using mobile apps

Must have a two-wheeler with valid Driving License

Must be willing to travel 50-60 Kms/day on field.

Must be willing to work on Sunday, w/o will be in weekdays

Must be willing to work in holidays (a compensatory off will be given during weekdays)

Preferred candidate profile

Qualification

• Education Qualification Should be BE EEE.
• Preferably Male candidate with Bike willing to Travel
• Preferably Experience in Coffee Machine/Vending Machine/ATM Machine Service Experience.
