Field Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide field support to customers for XRAY Scanners and printers and other imaging products.
  
• Troubleshoot and repair issues with equipment on-site.
  
• Conduct site surveys to assess customer needs and provide solutions.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues.
  
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, including reports and documentation.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 0-3 years of experience in electronics or related field (preferably).
  
• Degree/Diploma/ITI Certification from any recognized institution (any specialization).
  
• Strong understanding of electronic components, troubleshooting, repair, and servicing skills.
  
• Ability to travel frequently within the assigned region for site visits.
