Field Engineer – Adobe Experience Cloud Customer Advisory & Support

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or in-person visits for AEM (Adobe Experience Manager) issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical problems related to AEM implementation, configuration, and customization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes of issues and implement solutions.
• Document resolutions to knowledge base for future reference.

Job Requirements :

• 3-7 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry with expertise in AEM.
• Strong understanding of Adobe Experience Manager architecture, features, and best practices.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate technical information clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
