Job Summary

The Field Distribution Executive will be responsible for managing distributor and CFA operations, ensuring compliance with cold chain requirements, monitoring inventory and sales performance, conducting audits, and coordinating with internal sales teams to drive efficient stock movement and distribution. The role requires regular travel and close interaction with stockists, distributors, and supply chain partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage CFA (Carrying & Forwarding Agent) and channel partner operations to ensure smooth product distribution.
• Conduct periodic audits of CFAs, stockists, and distributors to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to distribution and supply chain operations.
• Collect, analyze, and report stock and sales statements from distributors and stockists.
• Visit stockists/distributors regularly to review inventory management and operational efficiency.
• Ensure proper cold chain infrastructure and storage conditions are maintained at distributor and stockist locations.
• Coordinate with stockists and sales teams for timely liquidation of stocks and inventory optimization.
• Follow up on outstanding payments and ensure timely collections.
• Generate market intelligence, conduct surveys, and provide insights on market trends, competitors, and distribution challenges.
• Support supply chain initiatives to improve service levels and operational efficiency.
• Prepare and submit periodic reports on distributor performance, inventory status, audits, and field activities.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline.
• 2-5 years of experience in Pharmaceutical Distribution, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Channel Management.
• Knowledge of cold chain management, distribution operations, and inventory management.
• Experience in CFA management, channel management, and audit processes.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in English and local languages such as Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, Hindi, etc.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively across assigned territories.
