Field Desktop Support Engineer

Job Title: Field Engineer
Location: South Mumbai, Borivali, Malad, Dadar and Pune

Additional locations: Bandra-kurla, Dadar- Church, Kompally,Delhi and Ahmedabad.
Experience: 1 to 5 Years

Job Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT devices.
• Provide onsite technical support at client locations.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.
• Coordinate with the remote support team for issue resolution.
• Install and troubleshoot network devices like routers and switches (basic level).
• Update service reports and close tickets within SLA.
• Ensure preventive maintenance of IT equipment.

Required Skills:

• Knowledge of Windows OS, desktop/laptop hardware, printers, and basic networking.
• Good troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Ability to travel across Mumbai for onsite support.
• Bike and valid driving license are mandatory.
