Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 desktop support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
  
• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
  
• Troubleshoot LAN connectivity issues and perform network configuration as needed.
  
• Perform on-site visits for equipment installation, maintenance, or repair.
  
• Collaborate with team members to resolve complex technical issues.
  
• Male candidates preferrable.

• Two wheeler is mandatory.
