Roles and Responsibilities

• Generate leads from various channels such as malls, petrol pumps, and other locations within credit card sales.
• Convert generated leads into paying customers by providing excellent customer service and resolving their queries promptly.
• Meet daily targets set by the organization while maintaining a high level of accuracy in data entry and reporting.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve collective goals and share knowledge on best practices for lead generation.
• Ensure timely completion of tasks assigned by supervisors while adhering to company policies and procedures.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 0-1 year of experience in field sales or related roles (credit card sales, mall sales).
• Any graduation degree (preferably B.Tech in Computers) with good communication skills.
• Strong understanding of CRM software applications for effective lead management.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and prioritize tasks efficiently.
