Field Collection Associate

Roles and Responsibilities

• Field Visits & Recovery: Conduct daily field visits to assigned customer addresses to collect overdue payments, EMIs, or outstanding debts.
• Customer Negotiation: Engage with customers professionally to understand their financial situation, negotiate settlements, and establish manageable payment plans.
• Compliance & Ethics: Strictly adhere to company policies, Fair Debt Collection Practices (FDCPA), and RBI guidelines for debt recovery. Ensure zero use of coercive or unethical recovery methods.

Mandatory Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

• Certification: Must hold a valid DRA (Debt Recovery Agent) Certificate issued by the Indian Institute of Banking & Finance (IIBF) or recognized regulatory body.
