Field Collection Associate

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Collection Executive responsible for timely recovery of outstanding payments through customer follow-ups and field visits. The role requires strong communication, negotiation skills, and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow up with customers for outstanding payments via calls and visits.
• Conduct field visits for collections and account verification.
• Maintain collection records and update payment status.
• Resolve customer payment queries and coordinate with internal teams.
• Achieve monthly collection targets and reduce overdue accounts.
• Submit collection reports and escalate critical cases when required.

Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 1-3 years of experience in collections, recovery, or customer-facing roles.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Willingness to travel extensively within assigned locations.

Preferred:

• Valid driving license and own vehicle.
• Target-driven and customer-focused approach.
