Field Auditor with FreechargeBiz (NBFC) For Khammam & Karimnagar

Role & responsibilities:

• Visit branches as per the audit schedule.
• Review loan files, customer documentation and underwriting quality.
• Check compliance with MFI and microfinance product norms.
• Verify field processes, collections and customer authenticity.
• Share audit observations and follow up for closure.
• Prepare clear and timely audit reports.
• Travel across assigned regions and cover 18 to 20 branches per quarter.

Preferred candidate profile:

• Minimum 1 year experience in Microfinance, MFI or similar products.
• Strong understanding of credit, field audits and documentation.
• Local language fluency is mandatory.
• Finance background preferred.
• Experience in banking or fintech is a plus.
• Must be comfortable with extensive travel.
