About this role
Role & responsibilities :
- Performing feasibility study for customer requirements
- Demonstrating the product to the customer
- Ensuring quality of the product before customer delivery
- Installation, commissioning of the product in the customer premise
- Troubleshooting problems reported by customers
- Ensuring that the systems are running as expected
- Providing customer feedback to the development team
- Working closely with mechanical, electrical, software and product design teams.
Preferred candidate profile :
- Basic understanding of embedded systems
- Knowledge of electrical, electronics and software
- Willingness to travel across India
