FG Dispatch

Roles and Responsibilities

• Coordinate with production team to ensure timely dispatch of finished goods (FG) products.
  
• Prepare export documentation, including commercial invoices, bills of lading, and certificates of origin.
  
• Manage inventory levels by tracking stock movements, quantities, and storage requirements.
  
• Collaborate with logistics providers to arrange shipments and monitor transit times.
  
• Ensure compliance with customs regulations and procedures for exports.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• Strong understanding of export documentation processes and procedures.
  
• Proficiency in preparing various types of export documents (e.g., DGFT).
  
• 0-2 years of experience in dispatch operations or related field.
  
• Excellent communication skills for coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
