Female Tellecaller Executive

We are looking for Female Tele-calling Executive to manage client interactions, generate business leads, support sales activities, and handle basic computer and office-related tasks.

The candidate will interact with clients for the sale of garage components and manufacturing unit machinery and make them understand about our product catalogue while also supporting day-to-day data entry, documentation, and computer-based administrative work.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective B2B clients and understand their requirements.
• Explain products, features, pricing, and relevant solutions to customers.
• Generate, qualify, and maintain business leads.
• Handle customer queries professionally and coordinate with the sales team.
• Maintain regular communication with existing and prospective clients.
• Schedule client meetings and coordinate sales enquiries.
• Perform basic computer operator and data entry work.
• Prepare and maintain Excel sheets, customer databases, quotations, and reports.
• Handle emails, document preparation, printing, scanning, and basic office documentation.
• Update customer and lead information in Excel/CRM systems.
• Maintain digital records and organize files and documents.
• Support the team with day-to-day administrative and computer-related tasks.
