Female Telesales Executive | Real Estate | Gurgaon

Job Description:

• Generate new leads through calls, references, networking, digital platforms, and market visits.
• Understand clients requirements and suggest suitable residential/commercial properties.
• Manage leads throughout the sales cycle, from initial enquiry to site visits and closure.
• Conduct property presentations and arrange/coordinate site visits with clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, property owners, developers, and channel partners.
• Follow up consistently with prospective clients and convert leads into successful transactions.
• Stay updated on property inventory, pricing, market trends, and upcoming projects.
• Negotiate and coordinate between buyers, sellers, landlords, developers, and other stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, site visits, and closures.
• Achieve assigned monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Ensure a professional and positive client experience throughout the transaction process.

Candidate Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline.

• Working days: 06 days working with Tuesday as weekly Off
• Working Timings: 10:00AM - 07:00PM
