Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new sales leads through phone calls, market research, references, and online sources.
• Identify and connect with solar dealers, vendors, distributors, contractors, and business customers.
• Introduce our solar products and solutions to new clients and business partners.
• Understand requirements and identify suitable business opportunities.
• Regularly follow up with prospects and convert leads into sales/orders.
• Maintain a proper database of new and existing contacts and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Coordinate with the sales team for meetings, visits, quotations, and order processing.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with dealers and vendors.
• Track market opportunities, competitor activities, and potential new business areas.
• Prepare daily calling, lead generation, follow-up and sales reports.
• Achieve monthly lead generation and sales conversion targets.

Preferred candidate profile

• Female candidate with 2 to 3 years of experience in sales/telecalling.
• Graduate in any discipline.
• Good communication, convincing, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, confident, and target-orientated.
• Willingness to explore and develop new markets.
• Basic computer/MS Office knowledge.
• Experience in solar, electrical, renewable energy, or related sales will be preferred.
