Role & responsibilities

• Call and follow up with assigned property leads.
• Understand customer needs, budget, and property preferences.
• Explain project details, pricing, amenities, and offers.
• Qualify leads and schedule site visits.
• Maintain CRM records and achieve sales targets.

Preferred candidate profile

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
• Good lead management and follow-up abilities.
• Comfortable using CRM and sales tools.
• Prior real estate/inside sales experience preferred.
