  8. Job Summary
  10. FITITTUDE India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a confident, energetic, and target-oriented Female Telecaller who can communicate fluently with clients from different parts of India.
  12. The candidate must be comfortable speaking with potential customers over phone calls and WhatsApp, explaining our women’s fitness and weight-loss programs, handling enquiries, following up with leads, and converting interested prospects into clients.
  14. Mandatory Language Requirement
  16. Candidate must be able to speak fluently in all of the following languages:
  18. - English
  19. - Tamil
  20. - Telugu
  21. - Kannada
  22. - Hindi
  24. Candidates who cannot communicate comfortably in all five languages may not be considered for this position.
  26. Key Responsibilities
  28. - Contact new leads and potential clients through phone calls.
  29. - Explain FITITTUDE’s online women’s fitness, workout and diet programs clearly.
  30. - Understand client requirements and recommend the appropriate program.
  31. - Handle enquiries received through WhatsApp, Instagram, website and other lead sources.
  32. - Conduct regular follow-up calls with interested clients.
  33. - Share program details, brochures, videos and trial-session information through WhatsApp.
  34. - Schedule trial workout sessions for potential clients.
  35. - Follow up after trial sessions and assist with enrolment.
  36. - Maintain accurate lead and follow-up details in the company CRM.
  37. - Update call status, client feedback and next follow-up dates regularly.
  38. - Build a professional and friendly relationship with prospective clients.
  39. - Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.
  40. - Coordinate with the fitness, dietitian and administrative teams whenever required.
  42. Candidate Requirements
  44. - Female candidate.
  45. - Excellent communication and convincing skills.
  46. - Fluency in English, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada and Hindi is mandatory.
  47. - Good telephone etiquette and customer-handling skills.
  48. - Confident in handling sales and follow-up calls.
  49. - Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, computers and CRM systems.
  50. - Ability to work with targets and follow-up schedules.
  51. - Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  52. - Previous experience in telecalling, telesales, customer service, fitness, healthcare or wellness sales will be an advantage.
  54. Preferred Experience
  56. 1–3 years of experience in:
  58. Telecalling | Telesales | Inside Sales | Customer Support | Fitness/Healthcare Sales
  60. Freshers with excellent multilingual communication and strong sales skills may also apply.
