Female Real Estate Sales Executive

Elegant Rise Builders is looking for a dynamic and motivated Real Estate Sales Executive to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer enquiries, lead follow-ups, coordinating site visits, and converting prospects into bookings.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
• Follow up with leads generated through digital marketing campaigns and other sources.
• Understand customer requirements and provide relevant project information.
• Schedule and coordinate customer site visits.
• Regularly follow up with prospects to improve conversions.
• Handle customer queries and assist throughout the booking process.
• Maintain lead, follow-up, site visit, and booking details in CRM.
• Coordinate with the marketing and management teams.
• Achieve assigned sales, site visit, and booking targets.

Candidate Profile

• Female candidates preferred.
• Experience in Real Estate Sales, Inside Sales, Telecalling, or Business Development is preferred.
• Freshers with excellent communication and convincing skills may also apply.
• Good communication skills in English, Kannada, Hindi, or other relevant local languages.
• Strong follow-up, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
• Target-oriented with a focus on site visits and bookings.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM is an added advantage.
