Manage and evolve customer service quality, to meet customer expectations and requirements by offering excellent customer service standards.

 Drive and achieve individual and team objectives and be accountable for sales results

 Engage with Clients to develop long-term relationships, leveraging different clienteling tools, in order to foster brand loyalty.

 Develop CRM and manage the client database.

Catering to customer queries and closing as one point of contact resolution for the customer. Handle Client repair requests, manage the repair process and Client follow-up. Manage and ensure quality issues are properly dealt with.

Driving and contributing monthly sales targets and other business objectives through maximizing team performance. Upselling / cross-selling

 Manage the delivery operations, preparing and replenishing stock quickly and accurately. Ensure the right products are available on the sales floor to improve store efficiency and maximize Client experience

- Deal with queries from the public and customers, Greet persons entering the organization

- E nsure knowledge of staff movements in and out of the organization, Answer telephone, screen and direct calls

-Managed receptionist area, including greeting visitors and responding to telephone and in-person requests for information.

- Took verbal and written messages and transmitted them to exact person/destination.

-Selling products and attending customers on the selling floor.

-Make sales calls to new and existing customers.

-Follow up with customers who have shown an interest in a particular piece and try to close the sale

-Well speak Good Communicating skills. Grooming

-Handling day to day sales of jewellery.

-Responsible putting efforts to enhance brand image and visibility of products amongst the customers.

- Keeping clients feedback & giving them a follow- up, looking out for stock & inventory
