Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible, disciplined, and student-friendly Female Hostel Warden to manage the day-to-day operations of the girls' hostel. The Warden will be responsible for maintaining discipline, safety, cleanliness, attendance, and overall well-being of hostel residents during day and night shifts.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage the overall functioning of the girls' hostel.
• Maintain discipline, safety, security, and proper conduct of hostel residents.
• Monitor students' attendance,in/out movement, and hostel timings.
• Maintain proper records of student attendance, leave, visitors, complaints, and incidents.
• Ensure compliance with hostel rules, regulations, and university policieS
• Regularly inspect hostel rooms, common areas, washrooms, corridors, and other facilities.
• Coordinate with security guards, housekeeping staff, mess staff, and maintenance teams.
• Monitor mess discipline and report food-quality or hygiene-related concerns to the concerned department.
• Ensure proper supervision of students during night hours and respond promptly to emergencies.
• Maintain a proper record of night incidents, complaints, medical emergencies, and other important occurrences.
• Ensure that unauthorized persons do not enter the hostel premises.
• Coordinate with parents/guardians and university authorities whenever required.
• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and proper maintenance of hostel premises.
• Prepare and maintain daily/weekly hostel reports as required.
• Ensure adherence to hostel timings, visitor rules, and leave procedures.
• Perform any other duties asigned by the University/Department from time to time.

• Good record-keeping and reporting skills.
• Ability to handle emergency situations effectively.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel will be preferred.
• Willingness to work in day and night shifts as per hostel requirements.
