Role & responsibilities
We are hiring Female Gym Manager for our premium ladies fitness center in UAE. We need candidate who is already working in fitness industry and is expert in SALES CLOSING. This is NOT front desk / reception role. This is target-based sales + team management role.
Key Responsibilities: Close Gym Memberships, Personal Training Packages, Group Classes Daily sales target achievement - Walk-ins, phone enquiries, renewals Handle team of trainers, front desk, housekeeping Member retention, complaint handling, renewal collection Daily reporting - Leads, conversion, revenue Maintain gym discipline, cleanliness, operations
Preferred candidate profile
Must have 2+ years experience in FITNESS INDUSTRY ONLY - Gym, Fitness Studio, Health Club
Must be SALES CLOSER - Should have proven record of closing memberships & PT Excellent communication - English + Hindi (Arabic plus point)
Presentable, fitness-oriented, energetic personality
Knows gym software - Fitternity, Gympik, Mindbody, Zoho etc.
Salary AED 4000 + Very High Incentives Employment Visa, Medical Insurance, Yearly Passage etc...opportunity in expanding fitness chain
