Female Governess

Looking for an educated, experienced, confident, responsible and dedicated Full Time Female Governess for a Business family to take care of children (age around 15 - 16 years). Primarily serve as a mentor for the holistic development of the children by providing personalized services to their academic, social and personal needs within the family setting.

Role & responsibilities

• Plan & implement tailored academic & non-academic activities as per the interest of the children or the family preferences.
• Oversee the other aspects of the daily routine related to health, hygiene, and nutrition. Meal planning and ensuring a balanced diet for the children.
• Teach good manners, etiquette, and social skills, promoting positive behavior and discipline within a structured environment.
• Coordinate & develop comprehensive, individualized daily routine to promote balance between academic excellence and social development.
• Organize and participate in educational outings, cultural visits, and recreational activities to enhance the child's overall development and social interaction
• Work with other household staff and maintain strong communication with parents to align goals and address any concerns
• Accompany the family/children on domestic & International trips to continue the care as needed
• Enforce and follow security protocols, entry access monitoring and responding to emergencies.
• Prior work experience in Residence operation is preferred.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Any Graduate / Post Graduate
• Essential qualities include patience, authority, creativity, excellent communication, professionalism and adaptability to family needs and protocols.
