Role & responsibilities

• Handle student enquiries and prospective leads through calls, WhatsApp, chats, meetings and walk-ins.
• Conduct career counselling, course counselling and admission counselling.
• Understand student profiles, career goals and requirements and recommend suitable programs.
• Explain course details, fees, eligibility, certifications and career opportunities.
• Handle queries, objections and concerns professionally.
• Manage lead follow-ups and conversions throughout the counselling process.
• Maintain accurate lead records and follow-ups in CRM.
• Build strong relationships with prospective students.
• Handle complex counselling cases independently.
• Guide and support Junior Counsellors when required.

Preferred candidate profile

• 25 years of experience in Admission Counselling / Career Counselling / Education Counselling / EdTech / Education Sales / Inside Sales.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong counselling, convincing and objection-handling abilities.
• Confident, presentable and professional.
• Strong active listening and customer-centric approach.
• Experience with lead management, follow-ups and CRM.
• Ability to independently manage counselling conversations and qualified leads.
