About the Role

We are looking for an experienced, polished, and service-oriented Female Butler to work in a luxury private residence in Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have excellent grooming, communication skills, discretion, and a strong understanding of high-end personalized service.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional and personalized butler service to the family/residents and guests.
• Manage formal and informal dining service, including table setup and serving.
• Maintain high standards of personal grooming, etiquette, and hospitality.
• Assist with guest arrivals, departures, and special occasions.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, kitchen, and other household staff.
• Ensure guest and resident requirements are handled promptly and discreetly.
• Assist in maintaining wardrobe, personal belongings, and other service-related requirements when required.
• Support event hosting, private dinners, parties, and VIP gatherings.
• Maintain strict confidentiality regarding the household, family, guests, and personal information.
• Anticipate residents' needs and provide a seamless luxury service experience.

Candidate Requirements

• Female candidate preferred.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Butler, Guest Relations Executive, Luxury Hospitality Professional, Cabin Crew, or similar role.
• Experience in 5-star hotels, luxury residences, private households, premium hospitality, or VIP service preferred.
• Excellent spoken English and professional communication skills.
• Impeccable grooming and presentation.
• Strong knowledge of fine dining and formal service etiquette.
• Pleasant personality with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Discreet, trustworthy, punctual, and well-mannered.
• Ability to work flexible hours according to household requirements.
• Strong attention to detail and a service-oriented mindset.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: 1,00,000 – 1,50,000 per month, based on experience and profile.
