    About this role

    Role & responsibilities

Event and Webinar Management: US and Middle East

    • Own end-to-end planning and execution for tradeshows, conferences, and field events across the US and Middle East, including booth materials, shipping, vendor coordination, swag inventory, and remote day-of support for onsite teams
    • Manage all virtual events and webinars for these markets, including platform setup, speaker scheduling, registration pages, dry runs, and post-event follow-up
    • Build and maintain detailed run-of-show documents, project timelines, and deliverable trackers for every program
    • Maintain the regional events calendar and keep internal stakeholders aligned on upcoming activities, deadlines, and deliverables
    • Compile event recap reporting including registration, attendance, leads captured, pipeline influence, and follow-up status
    • Partner with the UK-based events counterpart to share best practices, align on global programs, and ensure consistency across regions

    Event Email Marketing and Content

    • Own the complete email program supporting every event: save-the-dates, invitations, registration confirmations, reminder sequences, speaker and session promotions, and post-event follow-up
    • Write and edit event email copy that is clear, on-brand, and built to drive registrations and attendance, not just send notifications
    • Build, test, schedule, and deploy campaigns in the marketing automation platform, including list segmentation, personalization, and A/B testing of subject lines and send times
    • Create supporting event content such as landing page copy, registration forms, session descriptions, and promotional messaging
    • Track and report on email performance across open, click, registration, and attendance conversion, and use the results to improve the next campaign

    Customer Marketing Support

    • Support customer advocacy programs including reference sourcing, case study and testimonial coordination, and customer review campaigns
    • Coordinate customer participation in events: speaker recruitment, customer panels, VIP invitations, and executive roundtables
    • Assist with customer communications such as newsletters, product announcements, and user group or customer community activity
    • Help maintain the customer reference database and keep customer story assets current and accessible to sales and marketing

    Marketing Operations Support

    • Ensure event leads are captured, cleaned, and routed correctly following each program, with clear handoff to sales
    • Maintain accurate campaign, list, and contact records in the CRM and marketing automation platform
    • Assist with vendor management, purchase orders, contracts, and event budget tracking for the regions supported

    Preferred candidate profile

    Required:

    • Demonstrated ability to own event email campaigns end to end: writing the copy, building the sends, segmenting the audience, and reporting on results
    • Hands-on proficiency with a marketing automation platform (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, or similar) and a CRM such as Salesforce
    • Working knowledge of customer marketing practices: references, case studies, testimonials, advocacy programs, and customer communications
    • Strong business writing skills in English, with the ability to draft polished, on-brand copy independently
    • Exceptional attention to detail and strong project management skills across multiple concurrent programs
    • A self-starter who manages competing deadlines without constant direction
    • Comfortable with tools like Canva for light asset creation, and able to brief the design team on higher-production creative needs

    Preferred:

    • Experience with virtual event and webinar platforms, including registration setup, dry runs, and speaker management
    • Familiarity with landing page and form building, UTM tracking, and campaign performance reporting
    • Experience A/B testing subject lines and send times to improve registration and attendance conversion

Exposure to vendor management, purchase orders, and event budget tracking
