• Bachelor s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in FEA / CAE.

• Strong experience in Altair HyperMesh.
• 3D meshing: Hexa & Tetra.
• Sheet metal and casting component meshing.
• CAD geometry cleanup and defeaturing.
• Midsurface extraction and shell meshing.
• Element quality checks and mesh optimization.
• Basic understanding of FEA fundamentals.

• Perform CAD cleanup and geometry preparation.
• Create and optimize quality FE meshes.
• Support sheet metal, casting and automotive components.
• Ensure mesh quality as per project requirements.
