FDE Lead

About Position: We are seeking a Forward Deployment Engineering Lead to lead the design, deployment, and scaling of Agentic AIbased data accelerator solutions across enterprise customers. This role combines deep technical expertise, customer engagement, and team leadership, focused on delivering production‑grade GenAI and agentic solutions on AWS, Azure, and GCP. You will own customer success from solution architecture through production rollout, mentor FDE teams, and act as a strategic advisor on Agentic AI platform adoption.

• Job Type: Full Time Employment What You'll Do:
• Lead end‑to‑end deployment of Agentic AIdriven data accelerator solutions
• Act as senior technical advisor for strategic enterprise customers
• Architect and guide implementation of agentic frameworks (planning, tools, memory, orchestration)
• Design scalable backend systems using Python, FastAPI, Flask, and REST APIs
• Oversee deployments across AWS, Azure, and GCP
• Drive adoption of GenAI, LLMs, RAG pipelines, embeddings, and vector databases
• Guide UI integration using React for demos and production solutions
• Mentor and lead teams of Forward Deployment Engineers
• Partner with product, platform, sales, and leadership teams to influence roadmap
• Establish reusable accelerators, architectures, and best practices

Expertise You'll Bring:

• 15+ years of experience in software engineering, cloud platforms, or AI solutions
• Strong hands‑on expertise in Python and API‑based architectures
• Extensive experience with FastAPI, Flask, RESTful services
• Proven experience delivering Generative AI / LLM‑based solutions in production
• Strong understanding of Agentic AI systems and frameworks
• Deep multi‑cloud experience: AWS, Azure, GCP
• Working knowledge of React for frontend integration
• Demonstrated leadership in customer‑facing or forward‑deployed engineering roles
• Excellent communication, technical leadership, and stakeholder management skills
