FCC Healthcare Associate (Fresher)

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Review and process healthcare-related data accurately as per company guidelines.
• Verify patient, insurance, and claim information to ensure completeness and correctness.
• Support claim processing and follow up on pending cases to maintain workflow efficiency.
• Maintain accurate records and update information in internal systems.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve queries and meet process targets.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, confidentiality requirements, and organizational policies.

Job Requirements :

• Good communication skills in English (written & spoken).
• Ability to work on international processes (US process knowledge an added advantage).
• Fresher and Experience candidates ( 0-12 months of No PF Deduction)
