Role & responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure 99.99% network uptime and minimize customer service interruptions.
- Monitor network switches and ensure they are functioning properly.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely network connectivity.
- Attend customer network complaints at the field and resolve issues within the given TAT.
- Troubleshoot network faults and provide quick, quality solutions.
- Monitor network status using NMS (Network Management System) applications and take necessary action.
- Identify repeated network issues and implement permanent corrective solutions.
- Maintain network records and submit regular reports to the reporting manager.
- Follow company safety rules and ensure 100% compliance with safety procedures.
- Adhere to company processes and technical standards.
- Provide feedback to management to improve network performance and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure efficient use of materials, time, and other resources while maintaining service quality.
- Network troubleshooting and fault identification.
- Knowledge of network switches and NMS monitoring.
- Field complaint handling and customer support.
- Problem-solving and coordination skills.
- Knowledge of safety procedures and process compliance.
- Ability to resolve technical issues within the specified TAT.
Preferred candidate profile
0-5 Years Experience
Hands on Experience in Trouble Shooting of Networking and Hardware
Graduate/Diploma/ITI Holder in any Discipline
