About this role
Role Overview
We are looking for a fashion professional with strong trend research and social media skills to identify emerging and commercially successful women's fashion trends.
Key Responsibilities
* Monitor Instagram, Pinterest, Facebook, YouTube, fashion websites and e-commerce marketplaces daily.
* Identify trending and high-performing designs, silhouettes, prints, colours, fabrics and styling.
* Research competitors and identify new product opportunities.
* Analyse why certain designs are performing well in the market.
* Prepare trend boards, references and regular research reports.
* Share design ideas and trend inputs with the fashion design team.
* Stay updated on seasonal, celebrity, influencer and social-media fashion trends.
Requirements
* Strong knowledge of women's fashion and apparel design.
* Excellent fashion sense and visual observation skills.
* Strong social media and online research ability.
* Understanding of commercial and e-commerce fashion.
* 3-7 years of relevant experience preferred.
Ideal Candidate: Someone who can spot a trend early, understand why it is working, and turn that insight into commercially strong fashion ideas.
