Fashion Stylist & Content Creator

Key Responsibilities

1. Fashion Content Creation

- Develop creative content ideas for Instagram, Facebook, and other social media platforms.

- Create engaging Reels concepts, fashion videos, product stories, and campaign content.

- Plan monthly content calendars according to fashion trends and brand requirements.

- Develop storytelling concepts that strengthen brand identity.

2. Photoshoot Planning & Execution

- Plan and execute model photoshoots, product shoots, and campaign shoots.

- Prepare shoot concepts, references, styling ideas, poses, and shot lists.

- Coordinate with photographers, models, makeup artists, stylists, and video editors.

- Ensure all shoots meet quality and brand standards.

3. Mood Board & Creative Direction

- Create professional mood boards for seasonal collections, product launches, and marketing campaigns.

- Research international fashion trends, colours, styling, poses, backgrounds, and visual references.

- Develop concepts for studio shoots, outdoor shoots, and fashion campaigns.

- Maintain a consistent visual identity across all brand platforms.

4. Advertising Creatives & Performance Marketing

- Develop high-converting creative concepts for Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram).

- Create concepts for static ads, carousel ads, video ads, UGC-style content, and promotional campaigns.

- Work with the performance marketing team to develop multiple creative variations for A/B testing.

- Analyse creative performance, including CTR, engagement, conversions, and ROAS, and improve future creatives.

5. Creative Team Management

- Manage and coordinate graphic designers, video editors, photographers, and other creative resources.

- Provide clear creative briefs and ensure timely delivery of assets.

- Maintain a monthly creative production calendar and ensure quality control.

Required Skills & Experience

- 1-3 years of experience in fashion, lifestyle, or e-commerce creative roles.

- Strong understanding of women's fashion, styling, and current fashion trends.

- Experience in fashion photoshoot planning and creative direction.

- Expertise in mood board creation and campaign conceptualisation.

- Understanding of Meta advertising creatives and performance marketing.

- Knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar design tools.

- Strong communication, leadership, planning, and execution skills.

- A strong portfolio of fashion shoots, social media content, and advertising campaigns.
