Fashion Stylist and Personal Shopper

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Provide expert advice on fashion trends, styles, and consumer behavior to inform merchandising decisions.
• Manage a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
• Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and increase foot traffic in-store.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new products, promotions, and events.

Job Requirements :

• 2-6 years of experience in retail management or related field (fashion industry preferred).
• Strong understanding of apparel industry trends, consumer behavior, and market analysis.
• Excellent communication skills for effective team management and client interaction.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
