Job Description

Mantra IXE Fashion is looking for an energetic, customer-focused Fashion Sales & Customer Experience Executive to join our team in Mangalore.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a passion for fashion and styling, and the ability to build relationships with customers while achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist showroom customers and understand their requirements.
• Recommend suitable outfits, styles, colours and accessories based on the customer's occasion and budget.
• Handle men's wedding, festive and celebration-wear customers.
• Convert walk-ins and enquiries into sales.
• Handle WhatsApp, phone and social-media enquiries and follow up consistently.
• Maintain customer leads and follow-up records.
• Upsell and cross-sell relevant products and accessories.
• Support wedding customers with outfit coordination and styling.
• Achieve individual and showroom sales targets.
• Maintain excellent customer experience before, during and after the sale.
• Build relationships with customers to generate repeat business and referrals.
• Coordinate with designers, tailoring and operations teams for custom orders and timely delivery.
• Support visual merchandising and maintain showroom presentation.
