Fashion Production Merchandiser

Role & responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced Production Merchandiser to manage end-to-end garment production for our Lehenga and Bridal Wear department.

The ideal candidate has a sharp eye for craft, strong coordination skills, and hands-on experience in ethnic and bridal garment production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret client order sheets including body measurements, design specifications, and embellishment details
• Plan and track production stages to ensure timely delivery
• Coordinate between embroidery, stitching, and finishing units to maintain smooth workflow
• Conduct quality checks before and after stitching checking fit, construction, embroidery placement, and finishing
• Ensure accurate color matching across fabrics, threads, and embellishments
• Oversee final garment inspection and dispatch as per delivery schedules
• Maintain production trackers and order status records
