Fashion Designer

Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Fashion Designer for our customised bridal fashion boutique with minimum 6 months experience.

This role involves client discussion, sourcing materials, coordinating with embroidery Karigars and tailors, ensuring top-quality standards, and delivering finished products to our client requirements. The ideal candidate has a fashion technology background and thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Discuss with clients to understand their requirments.
• Source high-quality embroidery and materials from our existing suppliers.
• Coordinate with production team, tailors and aari workers ensuring timelines, designs, and specifications are met.
• Conduct final quality checks on finished products, identifying and resolving any defects to uphold boutique standards.

Preferred candidate profile

• Diploma or degree in Fashion Technology or a related field.
• 6 months+ of experience in fashion design or production.
• Strong knowledge of fabrics, embroidery techniques, and production processes.
• Ability to use tailoring power machine for minor fit alterations.
• Familiarity with fashion software is a plus but not mandatory.
• Willingness to travel locally for sourcing.
