• Developing designs, sketches, concepts, mood boards, and collections.

• Handling client consultations, measurements, fittings, styling, and approvals.

• Managing day-to-day studio and production operations.

• Supervising designers, tailors, artisans, interns, and production staff.

• Coordinating with fabric, embroidery, trims, and accessory vendors.

• Managing inventory, production schedules, quality, and timely deliveries.

• Supporting branding, photoshoots, exhibitions, collaborations, and marketing.

• Performing other responsibilities assigned by the Founder related to the Company's business.
