Fashion Designer- RTW

Role & responsibilities :-

• Design seasonal and RTW collections for women's luxury wear.
• Develop original concepts, sketches, mood boards, and technical drawings.
• Prepare tech packs and coordinate with production, pattern makers, and sampling teams.
• Conduct fittings, review samples, and ensure commercial viability and quality of designs.
• Work closely with merchandising, sourcing, and production teams throughout product development

Preferred candidate profile :-

• 3-8 years of experience in designing high-end luxury women's Ready-to-Wear (RTW) collections.
• Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Fashion Design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing RTW collections.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and other fashion design software.
• Experience in garment manufacturing is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of fashion trends, fabrics, garment construction, product development, and tech packs.
