About a minute. You'll make an account on the way through.

    About this role

Design | Product Development | Creative Coordination

    Experience: Fresher / 0–1 Year

Industry: Fashion Export House | Multi-Brand

    Reporting to: Director

    The Opportunity

We're looking for a smart, creative and highly driven fashion design fresher who wants to learn fast and gain hands-on exposure to how a fashion business actually works.

You'll work closely with the Director across multiple brands, getting involved in everything from design and product development to sampling, meetings and execution.

This is not a typical assistant role. It's for someone who wants to learn directly from leadership, take responsibility early and grow into a strong fashion professional.

    What You'll Do

    • Assist with design, trend research, moodboards, CADs, fabrics, trims and product development.

    • Work with sampling and development teams to take products from concept to final sample.

    • Attend key meetings with the Director and maintain clear notes, decisions and action points.

    • Communicate requirements to the right teams and ensure nothing gets lost in translation.

    • Track assignments, samples, approvals and deadlines — and follow through until they're done.

    • Coordinate across design, merchandising, sampling, sourcing and production.

    • Gradually take ownership of products and projects as you grow.

    Who We're Looking For

A Fashion Design graduate/fresher who is:

    • Hungry to learn and grow

    • Creative with a good eye for fashion

    • Extremely organised and detail-oriented

    • A clear communicator and good note-taker

    • Comfortable following up and getting things done

    • Curious about both design and the business of fashion

    • Comfortable in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment

Working knowledge of Illustrator, Photoshop, CADs, tech packs, fabrics and garment construction is preferred.

    Why This Role

You won't only learn how to design.

You'll learn how designs become products, products become collections, teams execute ideas, buyers are handled, brands are built and a fashion business is run.

    Design → Product Development → Sampling → Merchandising → Production → Brands → Business

If you're looking for your first job simply to gain experience, this may not be for you.

    • If you want to learn fast, work closely with decision-makers and take on more responsibility as you prove yourself — we'd like to meet you.
