• Fashion Counsellor:
• The Fashion Counsellor is responsible for sales, advising and counselling students in relation to Fashionprograms offered by Orane FDM and ensuring that the customer gets converted into an admission.
• Location : Chandigarh Sector 34
• Experience : 1 year academic sales experience in Fashion Industry

Profile

• Should be a graduate.
• Experienced preferably in education or Fashion Industry.
• Should have a Good command over English & local language, possessing persuasive skills, pleasant personality and number orientation for achieving target.
• Interpersonal skills and analytic mind.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Counsel and advise students, individually or in groups, on the various Fashion courses offeredby our organization.
• Develop, coordinate, facilitate, counselling in different ways such as; tele-calling, walkins, power point presentations or Video counselling.
• Counsel and advise students in specific curriculum decisions including the choice andscheduling of courses, selection or change of majors and minors, etc.
• Explain about admission procedures and courses offered to the prospective students andtheir parents through phone calls, walkins, emails and video meetings.
• Support the students throughout the admission process by answering their queries andhelping them to complete the required documents.
• Maintain the target metrics by converting prospective students into confirmed admissionand succeed in achieving the performance goals.
• Review the student applications for the eligibility and academic qualification.
• To Plan and execute various Sales activities for achieving Admission targets.
• To meet sales revenue and profit targets.
• To ensure proper handling of counselling prospective students.
• Converting inquiries to registrations.
• To ensure proper handling of admission procedures.
• To strategize & undertake revenue generating activities.
• To maintain files/records/databanks.
