Role Description This is a full-time remote Fashion Content Creator Intern role. The intern will conceptualize and produce fashion-focused content tailored for Gen Z, including short-form videos, social media posts, and visual stories across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. Day-to-day tasks include researching fashion trends and subcultures, brainstorming campaign ideas, planning and executing shoots (self-shot or collaborative), and writing engaging captions and narratives. The intern will collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to align content with brand strategy, optimize posts for reach and engagement, and experiment with new formats and storytelling styles. The role also includes basic analytics tracking, gathering insights from audience feedback, and iterating on content to improve performance.
Qualifications

• Strong fashion sense and trend awareness, with the ability to translate Gen Z culture and aesthetics into compelling content.
• Content creation skills: experience in creating short-form video, social media posts, and basic visual storytelling for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Digital and social media skills: understanding of social media algorithms, engagement best practices, and platform-specific content styles.
• Writing and communication skills: ability to craft clear, engaging captions, hooks, and scripts tailored to Gen Z audiences.
• Basic design and editing skills: familiarity with tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Rush, or similar apps for editing visuals and videos.
• Creative mindset and experimentation: comfort with ideating bold concepts, testing new formats, and iterating based on feedback and performance data.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup, manage time effectively, and collaborate asynchronously with cross-functional teams.
• Prior internship or project experience in fashion, content creation, influencer marketing, or youth-focused brands is a plus.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Fashion, Marketing, Communication, Media, Design, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
