About this role
We’re Hiring | Retail Consultant
Locations: Chennai
Experience: 5–10 Years
CTC: Up to 12 LPA for the right candidate
We’re looking for passionate, customer-focused professionals to join a premium/luxury lifestyle retail brand.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver exceptional customer experience
• Achieve sales targets through upselling & cross-selling
• Build strong customer relationships
• Maintain excellent product & brand knowledge
• Ensure high standards of store presentation
Candidate Profile:
• 5–10years of premium/luxury retail sales experience
• Experience in luxury fashion, lifestyle, home dcor or premium retail preferred
• Candidates from brands such as Louis Vuitton, Gucci, Dior, Prada, Burberry, Armani, Coach, Michael Kors and similar brands preferred
• Excellent communication, customer-handling and sales skills
• Well-groomed, confident and target-driven personality
