Roles and Responsibilities :

• Provide expert advice on fashion trends, styles, and consumer behavior to clients.
• Handle customer queries and concerns in a professional manner, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Execute sales strategies to meet targets and achieve revenue goals.
• Maintain store appearance by organizing merchandise displays, restocking shelves, and cleaning the floor.

Job Requirements :

• 0-20 years of experience in retail or related field (fashion industry preferred).
• Strong knowledge of counter sales techniques and ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
• Excellent communication skills for effective customer handling and interaction.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
