Job Title: Fashion Consultant (Retail)
Job Overview: A Retail Fashion Consultant assists customers in selecting clothing and accessories that suit their style, body type, and needs while ensuring an excellent in-store shopping experience and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Understand customer preferences, budget, and requirements
• Recommend outfits, styles, and accessories based on trends and suitability
• Provide styling advice (fit, color coordination, occasion-based dressing)
• Maintain store presentation, visual merchandising, and displays
• Achieve individual and store sales targets
• Handle billing, exchanges, and customer queries
• Stay updated on latest fashion trends and new collections
• Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat business

Qualifications:
