Job Overview

We are looking for a Fashion Consultant with strong apparel retail sales experience to assist customers, understand their fashion needs, and provide personalized styling recommendations. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and a passion for fashion.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting apparel based on their preferences, requirements, and occasions.
• Provide personalized fashion and styling recommendations.
• Achieve individual and store-level sales targets.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Demonstrate good knowledge of apparel, fabrics, fits, sizes, and current fashion trends.
• Manage product displays and ensure the store is maintained as per visual merchandising standards.
• Handle customer queries and provide excellent after-sales service.
• Support stock management, replenishment, and day-to-day store operations.
• Contribute to achieving store sales and customer satisfaction goals.

Candidate Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in apparel retail sales.
• Strong knowledge of fashion, apparel, styling, and customer handling.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Sales-oriented with the ability to achieve targets.
• Presentable, energetic, and customer-focused.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Willingness to work rotational shifts and weekends.
