Fashion Capability Lead -Retail Enablement and Conversion

Role & responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver fashion styling training for retail/store sales teams.
• Train teams on new collections, fabrics, fits, silhouettes, trends and occasion-based styling.
• Create styling guides, lookbooks, outfit combinations and training material.
• Coach sales teams on customer-focused recommendations, upselling and cross-selling.
• Create fashion reels, short-form videos and styling content for products and trends.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Design, Merchandising and Visual Merchandising teams.
• Support mannequin/display styling to enhance purchase intent and customer experience.
• Identify styling opportunities to improve store conversion and basket size.
• Track effectiveness of styling initiatives and continuously improve training/content approaches.
• Leverage AI tools for styling, content creation, trend research, training material and day-to-day work processes.

Preferred candidate profile:

• Graduation / relevant qualification in Fashion Styling, Fashion Design, Fashion Management, Retail or related field
