Farvision ERP Executive

Role Overview

Responsible for managing and supporting Farvision ERP modules (like finance, procurement, Engineering, inventory, CRM /Sales) to ensure smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. ERP Operations

• Handle daily operations in Farvision ERP
• Monitor system transactions and resolve errors

2. Module Handling

• Finance & Accounts (billing, payments, GST, ledgers)
• Procurement & Inventory
• Project Management / BOQ tracking
• CRM / Sales

3. Reporting & MIS

• Generate MIS reports (costing, project status, financial reports)
• Analyze data for decision-making

4. Support

• Raising of Ticket for issues / Queries
• Coordinate with Dept. / IT team
• Train internal users on system usage

5. Data Management

• Ensure data accuracy and consistency
• Maintain backups and documentation

Required Skills

• Experience in Farvision ERP (preferred)
• Knowledge of ERP systems
• Strong Excel skills

Domain Knowledge (Preferred)

• Construction / Real Estate industry

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving ability Attention to detail
• Good communication skills
• Ability to train and support users

Qualifications

• B.Com /B.A.
• 2 - 3 years of ERP experience (Farvision preferred)
