Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage payroll processing, including salary disbursement, TDS, PF, ESIC, LWF, Gratuity, and other statutory compliances.
  
• Ensure timely submission of tax returns (IT Returns) and maintain accurate records.
  
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve any payroll-related issues or queries.
  
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee data with care.
  
• Perform regular audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-6 years of experience in HR Payroll role.
  
• Strong knowledge of Compliance (PF, ESIC), Income Tax (IT Returns), LWF & Gratuity rules.
  
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel).
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective coordination with internal stakeholders.
